Can I also order chilled or frozen products?
Yes, starting in September 2024, we will also offer chilled and frozen products. You can read more about this on the “Chilled and Frozen Products” page.
Can I also order Dutch cheese?
Absolutely. We deliver both chilled and unchilled cheeses. On the Dutch cheese page, you can see which non-chilled cheeses we offer as standard. Since we will also be delivering refrigerated products starting in September 2024, you can now choose from the entire range of cheeses available at Dutch supermarkets Albert Heijn, Jumbo, and Plus. Plenty of choices! On the Chilled and frozen products page, you can read about how we package and ship chilled cheeses, among other items.
Can I also order alcoholic beverages?
Yes, it is possible to order beverages with an alcohol content of up to 15%.
An age verification check is required upon delivery. As a result, delivery times and shipping costs may vary.
Which stores can I order from?
You can order from stores such as Jumbo, Albert Heijn, Plus, Hema, Kruidvat or bol. Check the complete list of stores on the homepage.
Is your favorite Dutch store not listed here? Do you want to order from a specific Dutch webshop? We may still be able to help! Contact us via the contact page.
Why don’t you have your own webshop with a shopping cart?
We want to offer you a complete assortment from the supermarkets and other stores near my hometown, which makes our assortment incredibly large.
Additionally, we don’t have to spend time keeping our assortment up-to-date, allowing us to keep our service costs low.
Which countries do you ship to?
For now, we only deliver to countries within the European Union (EU). These are the following countries:
Within the EU, there are some exceptional areas that lie within the EU’s territory, but do not belong to the EU’s fiscal area. Currently, we focus on countries within the EU, excluding the exceptional areas. The Rates page lists all EU countries and exceptional areas.
We intend to expand our market area in the future. Do you live in an exceptional area or outside the EU? Keep an eye on this website or sign up for the newsletter to stay informed about developments.

Do you live in an exceptional area or outside the EU?

What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country. We aim to ship your package within 2 business days after payment. Usually, we manage to do so within 1 business day. From the moment of shipment, you can refer to the delivery times listed on the Rates page.
In addition to standard shipments, we also offer express deliveries via UPS: Shipped today, delivered tomorrow morning. This is possible in many areas of Europe. For frozen and chilled products, we always use express delivery. If you are only ordering unchilled products and would like to use express delivery, please indicate this in the comments section of the order form.
What does it cost?
On the Rates page, we explain as clearly as possible the costs of your order. The total price consists of the retail prices of the groceries, service fees, and shipping costs. You can also make a trial calculation of the total costs. After submitting the form, you will receive a non-binding quote and a payment link.
What service fee do you charge for multipacks?
Do you want to order a multipack like a six-pack of beer cans or a three-pack of sausages? Then we charge the service rate for half the number of items in the multipack, with a maximum of €7,50 per multipack.
We consider a product to be a multipack if the parts are attached and also sold separately in the store. We do not deliver crates of beer; in that case, you pay for the individual bottles.
Example
A product is sold both individually and in 3-packs in the store. If you order 3 individual items (for example, 3 different flavors), you pay 3 x €1.25 in service fees. If you order a 3-pack, you only pay half: 1.5 x €1.25 = €1.88.
Are the amounts listed inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All amounts are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The websites of the Dutch stores apply the Dutch VAT rates. In the Netherlands, food products are subject to 9% VAT, while other products are subject to 21% VAT.
On your quotation and invoice, we apply the statutory VAT rates of your country to the products, service fees, and shipping costs. As a result, a product may end up being more expensive or cheaper than shown on the Dutch websites.
The VAT on shipping costs is prorated across als groceries. More information about VAT rates with examples can be found on the Rates page.
