Complaints procedure
It is, of course, unpleasant if you have a complaint about our services or the delivered products. We are happy to assist you and offer a desired solution. You can email to: info@mrdutchfood.com. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.
We will respond to your email within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you accordingly.
If you do not appreciate this, you can also always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which we are affiliated. They will then mediate.
Since February 15, 2016, it has been possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint through the European Union platform.
Our terms and conditions regarding the complaints and dispute settlement procedure (Articles 16 and 17) apply.
